Shasta, I Behold You

                                                   Shasta,

here, at Panther Meadows, I am—

In a silence-born centering aligned of your Presence,

        I behold You.

I see how easily You draw wispy ethereals into a dance

        around You.

Your elements—how they enliven the essence of me

that I might ascend to be more

                                                               of who I Am—

I breathe the cool, clean tonic of the crystal blue of your Air.

I bend down to drink of the pure, trickling song of your Water.

I stand on the subtle body of your Earth and feel this vibration

in my legs and in my ears.

And I know there is Fire within You that quickens to inspire,

we who open to the Presence You are

        aligned to

                         centered there

            the I AM

                             to behold.
