On The Cruz

Poems of Santa Cruz  1988-2008

Below is a selection from this 210-page (in manuscript) collection currently comprising 88 poems. Previous smaller works were incorporated into this collection: The Great Santa Cruz Mountains Earthquake, The Cruz & other poems, INSIDE the VORTEX (of Santa Cruz). It will also be put on the queue to be published by Lulu.com.

Here is a statement from the work:

A companion collection to On The Cruz is Bay of Monterey. Both collections present the parallel running inspirations that begin to bring into form the mythos of place, which today is fundamental to the emerging Mythos of the New Age. And there is another work The Giant Santa Cruz Poem that one must imagine weaving itself through both collections. Also, my experience of street performance on Pacific Avenue is documented in yet another collection of poems The Multi Guy on Pacific Ave.
